The Bellinger Drill

Purpose: We end with this drill to test our ability to stride without falling forward. It is very similar to the crossover drill, but more realistic to a normal swing. As with all these drills, the concepts are balance, load, stride, and drive. Keep the weight back and unload on the ball.
