The Knob-2-Knee Drill

Purpose: We add this drill into the mix to start thinking about loading our weight into the back leg. By taking a bigger than normal leg kick we can test our load and our balance at the same time. If you take a big leg kick but don’t keep your weight back, you will overbalance. This drill is great for letting the athlete feel the connection between power and balance.
