The Seesaw drill is a balance and timing exercise.
We start in a normal athletic stance, with our hands centered on our body.
We then push off our back foot and drive the knee up to a full pitching leg lift, but on our opposite side.
Next, we reverse the motion and step into a full leg lift on our correct throwing side, and deliver the ball to the target.
The goal of this drill is to test our balance in both directions even when our feet and lower body are moving.
