Isolation Jump Throws 

Isolation Jump Throws are a font leg stabilization drill. 

We start this drill with both feet facing our target and our hands centered. 

The initial movement is a small step forward with our back leg. Followed by a leap forward with the front leg. 

As the front foot lands we decelerate our momentum and stick the foot into the ground.

Once we have balanced, we follow the same movement pattern as the regular Isolation Throw. 

Adding a jump provides even more of a test for our balance as well as more emphasis on driving the front foot into the ground, with force, when we deliver the pitch.
